Preparation of this accessibility statement
This declaration was first prepared on 11th March 2024. In advance, an extensive BIK BITV test was carried out by the IT service provider IT.NRW – Kompetenzzentrum für Barrierefreie IT on behalf of MAGS NRW in accordance with Article 3a of the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.

The Ombudsman's Office is assigned to the Commissioner for the Interests of People with Disabilities and is legally anchored in §§ 10d, 10e BGG NRW and §§ 9 ff of BITV NRW. With the involvement of all parties, the Ombudsman's Office tries to determine reasons for the lack of accessibility so that the agency can remedy it.
